Charleston Management has six community managers who are designated Certified Managers of Community Associations (CMCA), the initial step to seeking the PCAM designation. Various Charleston Management clients have received both association and volunteer awards. The local chapter of CAI, which serves the entire state of North Carolina, has established awards that are announced each year and the Annual Conference and Trade Show. State Chapter Service
Charleston Management staff support the efforts of the nonprofit chapter through extensive volunteerism. Over the years, employees have participated with the Chapter in various capacities of committee work, chairing committees and Board service. Company owner Brian Wessler served on the Board from 2008-2013, heading four separate committees as well as serving as Chapter President in 2011. During this time, the membership has grown 30% and programs have been expanded. Employees continue Chapter service with many sitting on committees and others chairing theirs.
