Reminders:

Keys/Fobs for Pools and Amenities: Keys and fobs are ONLY issued by mail.

Office Dropbox: If you wish to deliver documents (NOT payments) to our office, please use the dropbox on the side of the building.

Payments Delivered to our Office: We do not accept dues or assessment payments at out office, including the dropbox. Submitting payments at our office causes processing delays. Payments are not considered received until they are processed by the bank.

Dues/Assessment Payments: Please send payments directly to the bank at: PO Box 98358, Raleigh, NC 27624. This includes payments made through your bank’s bill-pay service (where the bank sends us your payment directly as a check).

Log in to your community website for alternative payment options such as auto-draft, which is free and is available to associations that pay dues monthly, quarterly and semi-annually.
