Online Payments – Upgrades for 2014

Dear Client – We have implemented three major upgrades to our online payment system:

  1. VISA now accepted!
  2. In addition to one time payments you may now set up recurring payments in either eCheck or credit card.
  3. Improved Security. For the safety and privacy of our client’s financial information, security improvements now require that you be a registered user of your Association’s website to make online payments. To sign into the website click here.

NOTE: If you are not currently a registered user you will need your ‘Security Key’ which is an alphanumeric code sent to you in a Welcome Letter from Charleston Management. If you do not have your Security Key please call our office at 919/847-3003 and a Client Service Administrator will assist.”
