Charleston Management – Office Operations due to COVID-19 Pandemic
To provide a safe environment and limit the virus spread for our staff, clients, contractors and others, we have extended our modified operations through July 3rd.
Office Our office will remain closed to visitors until Monday July 6. There is a dropbox on the side of the building to deliver documents.
Dues/Assessment Payments Please send payments directly to the bank at PO Box 98358, Raleigh, NC 27624. This should be done for ‘bill-pay’ (where the bank sends us your payment directly) as well.
There are also multiple payment options on your community website. We urge you to consider Auto-draft as it is free, can be in place by June (if documents received by May 22) and is available to associations that pay dues monthly, quarterly and semi-annually.
**Mail delivery delays of up to two weeks have been experienced. Please mail payments early.
Payments delivered to our office Please note: EFFECTIVE June 20, 2020 dues/assessment payment will no longer be accepted at our office. Checks dropped off at our office unduly delay the processing of your payment as they are not considered received until processed by the bank.
Office Operations Staff members are working remotely with In Office operations consisting only of minimal staff to process mail. During May and June, with safety in mind, in office staffing will increase as will our ability to answer calls.
We strongly encourage emailing when possible. If you do not know the email for the appropriate staff member, please send to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pools and Amenities The opening of facilities will be based first on restrictions and requirements by the State and local municipalities as well as decisions by each board and legal counsel considering safety, costs, crowd control and the like. Each association will contact members once additional information is known.
Keys/Fobs for Pools and Amenities This season keys and fobs will ONLY be issued by mail.

Effective August 7, 2017 Charleston Management is pleased to announce its transition to HomeWiseDocs.com to greatly improve our assessment quoting process for closings. Please go to the Ownership Transfer/Closing Form to get started. We will no longer be accepting transfer forms by fax or email.
