Form & Questionnaire Completion

Lenders, mortgage companies, appraisers, relocation firms, real estate agents, escrow and title companies, and others in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and surrounding areas are required to pay in advance for the completion of forms. Fees are based on projected turnaround time, and payment can be made online by credit card or check/certified funds (along with the form to be completed) to Charleston Management Corporation.

Refund Policy: The form completion fee is non refundable once the online order is submitted. Please call office to request a hardship exception or to cancel order within 1.5 hours of submission.

Documents required to determine the viability of a mortgage loan as well as documents that are so detailed and voluminous as to be beyond the standards of miscellaneous forms and questionnaires.

Miscellaneous Forms & Questionnaires:
These documents essentially seek general information about an association used for real estate listing (and other functions) and are not complicated or long.

We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the expressed permission of the consumer or it is necessary to process transactions to provide our services.

5. Privacy and Our Business Partners.
When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary. We will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
