Charleston Management – Office Operations due to COVID-19 Pandemic
Due to the increasing number of hospitalizations due to the virus, the increased rate of positive test results as well as to continue providing a safe office environment and limit the virus spread for our staff, clients, contractors and others, we have extended our modified operations through at least July 31st.
Office: The office will remain closed to visitors through July 31 and possibly longer depending on conditions.
We understand that certain matters require direct contact with a staff member to allow for a two way dialogue. In these cases the easiest and preferred option is a phone call or a set phone meeting (to ensure contact is made). If a document needs to be collaboratively reviewed a video meeting can be hosted. In rare cases where a phone or video meeting is not a practical option, please inform the staff member who will discuss alternatives with their supervisor.
Remote Work To limit in office density and virus spread staff members will continue to work remotely one or more days each week.
Dropbox outside office If you wish to deliver documents to the office please use the dropbox on the side of the building.
Payments delivered to our office EFFECTIVE June 20, 2020 dues/assessment payments are no longer accepted at our office (including the dropbox). Checks dropped off at our office unduly delay the processing of your payment as they are not considered received until processed by the bank.
Dues/Assessment Payments Please send payments directly to the bank at PO Box 98358, Raleigh, NC 27624. This should be done as well for ‘bill-pay’ (where the bank sends us your payment directly as a check).
There are also multiple payment options on your community website. We urge you to consider Auto-draft as it is free and is available to associations that pay dues monthly, quarterly and semi-annually.
Keys/Fobs for Pools and Amenities This season keys and fobs will ONLY be issued by mail.

Effective August 7, 2017 Charleston Management is pleased to announce its transition to HomeWiseDocs.com to greatly improve our assessment quoting process for closings. Please go to the Ownership Transfer/Closing Form to get started. We will no longer be accepting transfer forms by fax or email.
