Charleston Management – Office Operations due to COVID-19 Pandemic

As conditions related to the COVID-19 Pandemic remain problematic Charleston Management’s offices will remain closed to visitors until further notice for the safety of our staff, clients, contractors and others. To limit virus spread all staff are working modified schedules (in office and remote) which presents some communication challenges. Email is encouraged and phones messages will be returned though response times may be longer due to increased volume.
Reminders:
Dropbox outside office. If you wish to deliver documents please use the dropbox on the side of the building. NOTE: Dues/assessment payments are no longer accepted at our office or the dropbox.
Dues/Assessment Payments by Check Whenever possible please use the coupon/tear sheet when sending your payment. ALL payments should be made out to your association and mailed to PO Box 98358, Raleigh, NC 27624. The same is true for ‘bill-pay’ (where your bank sends the payment as a check). There are also multiple payment options on your community website. We urge you to consider Auto-draft as it is free and is available to associations that pay dues monthly, quarterly and semi-annually.
Keys/Fobs for Pools and Amenities. This season keys and fobs will ONLY be issued by mail.

Effective August 7, 2017 Charleston Management is pleased to announce its transition to HomeWiseDocs.com to greatly improve our assessment quoting process for closings. Please go to the Ownership Transfer/Closing Form to get started. We will no longer be accepting transfer forms by fax or email.
