Charleston Management – Office Operations due to COVID-19 Pandemic
To follow the area ‘Stay Home’ orders Charleston Management has entered the next phase of our modified operations to limit the spread of the virus to staff, clients, contractors and others.
Staff members are working remotely with In Office operations consisting only of minimal staff to process mail. We are unable to answer phone calls live yet staff are monitoring their voicemails and returning messages.
We strongly encourage emailing when possible. If you do not know the email for the appropriate staff member, please send to email@example.com.
Through at least April 30, we remain closed to all visitors. There is a dropbox, however, to follow stay home orders we ask that owners mail payments directly to the bank as provided on the coupon/billing statement and email all documents. This should be done for ‘bill-pay’ (where the bank sends us your payment directly) as well – PO Box 98358, Raleigh, NC 27624. We suggest providing a substantially longer lead time for mail to reach its destination.
There are additional payment options on your community website. Auto-draft is free, can be in place by May 1 (if documents received by April 20) and is available to associations that pay dues monthly, quarterly and semi-annually.
