UPDATE January 3, 2022 Charleston Management – Office Operations due to Pandemic
Our continued goal is to prevent virus spread to our staff, clients, and others. Due to the transmissible Omicron variant’s impact our modified office operations will continue.
Office The office will remain closed to visitors.
Remote Work To reduce in office density and virus spread staff members continue to work remotely multiple days each week. Email is encouraged and phones messages will be returned though response times may be longer due to increased volume. Where appropriate a video meeting may be scheduled.
Keys/Fobs for Pools and Amenities Keys and fobs will ONLY be issued by mail.
Dropbox outside office If you wish to deliver documents (NOT payments) to the office please use the dropbox on the side of the building.
Payments delivered to our office Dues/assessment payments are not accepted at the office – including the dropbox. Payments at our office unduly delay the processing and it is not considered received until processed by the bank.
Dues/Assessment Payments Please send payments directly to the bank at PO Box 98358, Raleigh, NC 27624. This should be done as well for ‘bill-pay’ (where the bank sends us your payment directly as a check).
Check your community website for alternative payment options such as Auto-draft which is free and is available to associations that pay dues monthly, quarterly and semi-annually.
